1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges
